This is just slightly different the angle, but resulted in three different situations. The system to determining the angle is not very Precision right here, sometimes it would take an unexpected actions or simply just leap to the direction of error.
Just for fun.
Swan Dive Fail

Here is a weird diving position, when I try to jump on the top of pillar behind my back, it would take a Swan Dive and often fail. Seems the pillar change the trajectory of diving. You can even hear the wind noise abrupt end.
I thought we should start a topic where we discuss all possible easter eggs and similar stuff for AC2, especially since Stabguy hopes to make a video on that. Just name any such easter egg/oddity and I'll add it to the list. To make it simple I'll categorize it into three different sections: Dialogue, objects/people/places, and oddities which are probably not easter eggs but might still be worth mentioning.
Dialogue
In the Assassination contract, Hunting the Hunter, a bounty hunter put a decoy in order to bring Ezio to a trap.
If you use the Eagle Vision from afar or from the haystack, the dummy appears as Gold(A target), as soon you come close, it turns to red and the dummy falls, and the trap begins.
My question is: How the Bounty Hunter manage to fool the Eagle Vision? It don't make sense, plot wise, someone being able to do that! Even if he, by some miracle, manages to fool Ezio Eagle Vision, how he fools the Animus as well!?
...play AC2 again... ...anyone got any ideas/suggestions what would be fun to do?
Kill each target by dropping them from a roof.
I've named this challenge "Leap of fail", since falling from a roof is similar to a leap of faith, but with failing. An alternative name could be "Cesare Borgia style", since Ezio kills him in ACB by dropping him from a wall.
I've decided to try this challenge, but I'm a novice. That's why I have created this topic to update with my progress and ask help of the experts here with any difficult targets.
While playing AC II, I came in contact with this BIZARRE bug. Did someone came across this?
I was in Forli, opening the view points on the map, as normal. Then I entered in a fight with a group of guards. After escaping, I did go to the north gate of Forli, where I saw 4 guards in strange positions, not moving. I came near them and they didn't shove me off like they do, they did nothing.
Hey guys. As I was playing AC2 and particularly "Over beams, under stone", I didn't manage to do everything I want. I'll try to explain as best as I can.
Between the two "bene" points of this memory, you go once through the nave. Right after that you climb up, before swinging on two bars. Somewhere on the column there is point A.
Near the second secret chest of the memory, also through the nave, right above the altar, is a square-shaped hanging deck. This is point B.
Hey Fellow THBers! Been awhile since i posted here.
I had always wondered how the narrative in AC2 would be with the Cristina Memories from AC:B spliced in. I decided to dust of my copy of Fraps and practice my video editing skills.
I recorded the footage in half-res and 30 FPS so excuse the poor quality and rough cuts. Tell me what you think and if it adds more emotional weight to Ezio's story.
Guys, I'd like to discuss about the speed glitch, like in this video:

I know it can also happen in AC1 and ACB. Do any of you know how to trigger that?
Assassin's Creed II is one of the games Microsoft will be offering for free download in July. All you need is a current membership to Xbox Live Gold and an Xbox with a hard drive. It's a new program some are calling "Games for Gold".
