I have ACII for the pc. When I bougt the game the two extra sequences "The battle of Forlí" and "The bonfire of the vanities" were already included. Unfortunatly, the three templar lairs were not. Does anyone know where I can download this DLC? I am willing to pay for the DLC but I can't find any sites where I can download it.
Thanks in advance.
I'm sure the most irritating thing for all of us in AC2 is the singing bards who love to come up to you and tell everyone around that you're an assassin. If they can instantly recognise you, why can't guards? Do they have some super sense to detect you , or are they just poorly thought through?
Also does anyone have any amusing ways of getting rid of them?
The codex pages are not showing up in my map.
In my inventory, it is listed that I have 5 encrypted codex pages and 0 decrypted ones.
Leonardo whom's supposed to be in the Auditore's castle is nowhere to be found. The Codex wall's area isn't available and there's no codex page icon showing up in any city on the map (I visited all viewpoints; I have them all cleared 74/74). And still I have the screen title: Codex pages found: 25/30.
What am I supposed to do ? I have to get all these pages to unlock the Codex's wall area.
Please help.
Okay so this is actually about Assassins Creed 2 DLC but this board is more lively and i want a fast answer. So how do i delete the bonfire of the vanities and battle of Forli DLC it is really annoying having to play them every time i play the game. Please answer.Thank you.
I was thinking tonight about combat in AC2. What hit me the most is the fact that Ezio can only initiate a combo kill after the enemy has sustained a specific amount of damage, so I don't understand why it can't be done faster and quicker. In AC1 there is the defence break move which breaks the enemies defence and opens him up to follow up hits. So is that still available in AC2? After a good few hours causing some commotion in Venice I can't seem to do it.
After Ian did that whole thing where you poison the pope and therefore are able to wield the papal staff people
have been wondering if you could kill anyone without desynching. Eventually everyone came to the conclusion
that you cannot i am here to tell you that YES you can. Here is what you must do once you have poisoned Borgia grab the staff and walk just close enough to the nearest brute and get him suspicious now lure him away from the other guards, far enough so they cant see and stab him in the stomach it is a one hit kill thanks
My most imaganative title yet! In this video I will highlight disarms, fist to fist fighting, combo kills. This is more guided towards a beginner but I am sure more experienced players (stabguy, Ian etc.) can add some more info and knowledge to this.
Apologies for the sound, I must get my own HD camcorder/camera one day. And the video ran on for a bit to long, as I caused a small war in Venice when I just wanted to show a few of Ezio's moves.
Well this is my first video, also I forgot to do some free-running. And I realise now that in these strange circumstances Templars cannot be assassinated in low profile, I did however manage to kill quite alot using air>assassinate.
You can go BALLISTIC in this memory/dream because the best they can do is push you around a bit and they never draw there swords or engage in combat as the makers of the game never suspected someone, to play this unusual dream in this way
I wish this dream was re-playable, because it is really good fun
Alrighty, so, as a PC player, I had to deal with a lot of UbiShit. Anyways, I've found the solution to one of my problems though.
If you have a laptop with an HDMI port, connect it to a HD TV! Any new HD TV will work. Basically, once I connected it, AC2 looked a LOT better. Most TVs come with MotionFlow or some sort of technology that makes moving images smoother. Though I was getting like 20 fps in some parts, it looked like 60 fps to me.
