Port Authority - 39 Meters
The goal in this video is to shoot the target from as far away as possible. You desynchronize at a distance of 40 meters, so 39 meters seems to be the best one can do.

Why bother chasing after Francesco when you can eagle strike him? Crazy But for some reason he can't be air assassinated, even though Ezio just learned that skill, so I'll have to settle with an air tackle immediately followed by a prone assassination.

Dante and Silvio start running from you once you cross the threshold to l'Arsenale. So don't. Go over the walls instead, and you'll find your targets as (mostly) unresponsive puppets.

To perform this stunt you have to lure the target to a certain spot with a dead body. Then you can do a mini eagle strike (not as high as an eagle strike should be but high enough that the fall will kill you). Of course you could kill him anytime when he's out in the open but what could be cooler than jumping from the tallest spot in the abbey?
