Sunday Stroll Stunt: This stunt is done from a viewpoint, nearly high enough that the fall kills Ezio. Start off by poisoning a character to make the target flee (apologies that I poisoned a civilian, just trying to save time ). When the target flees you want to stay within forty meters to avoid desynchronization. You need to quickly climb up to the spot on the viewpoint before the target passes by that area. As you can see there are two different outcomes. One is a side step kill animation. The other is a stationary kill animation. One more thing to note is since Ezio is down to no health squares when he hits the ground there is a short slow motion effect.
Tripwire: Basically the same as the Sunday Stroll Stunt except the target is killed with a manually aimed hidden gun. I kill a group of guards to avoid open conflict.
Long Shot: What I like about this one is it gives me a reason to use the sprint board. Get to the area where the archer is patrolling on the platform overlooking the bonfire. Kill him and use his dead body to make the target flee, lock on and aim the hidden gun. The mission fails when you are 40-60 meters from the target. I don't know why that is, but I think it might be affected by how fast you and/or the target is moving. I get fifty five meters when I choose to shoot. I might have been able to get a little more, but the mission would usually fail and I didn't want to take any chances.
The farthest gunshot of all time, 202 meters!!!

- Start to climb the view point near the target, then lock him and reach the top of view point.
- Use a smoke bomb to scare him and immediately take the gun, aim at the target and wait for him to flee 202 meters away (not more or he will start to come back), then shoot him =)

Port Authority - 39 Meters
The goal in this video is to shoot the target from as far away as possible. You desynchronize at a distance of 40 meters, so 39 meters seems to be the best one can do.

Stunt Assassination
A stunt assassination on this target is a little tricky. The mission ends immediately in failure if the target detects you, and plummeting from the sky and landing right next to him is just the type of activity that might get you Exposed. You need to attack the instant you hit the ground in order to complete the mission successfully.

Still Life - Dynamic Stunt
The target circles around the yard untill he sees something suspicious, at which time he flees to a waypoint on the south side of Palazzo Pitti. This gives a brief opportunity to perform my favorite type of stunt - where both you and the target are running full speed toward the stunt location.

The goal is to shoot Dante Moro and Silvio Barbarigo from as far away as possible. This mission relies on the unusual mechanics of the hidden gun. You need to be within 15 m to lock onto a target. Once locked on, you can maintain that lock if you remain within 30 m. If you start to aim the gun at your target while you are locked on, you will be able to maintain your aim. The shot will hit its mark as long as nothing obstructs the path of the bullet, regardless of how far the target travels from you.

Anonymous Blitz Assassinations
Here are 3 ways to kill Checco quickly without being detected.
Dive underneath the canal grate to cross the city walls quickly. Transition to fast walk as you pass through the group of people standing by the fast travel station. You remain blended for several seconds after you emerge from this group, which gives you time to approach Checco unnoticed.

Marco is blind.
Marco Barbarigo is basically an animated game prop. He is oblivious to just about everything. I can find only 3 things that will make him run:
1) Detection of Ezio by any guard, anywhere.
2) Ezio standing on the center or starboard sections of the deck.
3) A gunshot that does not kill Marco.
