I can have one game for going back and finding things etc...and another I can play through over and over again without having to worry about that. Nice improvement Ubi and THANK YOU!

subtitles
Thu, 11/19/2009 - 02:27 — IanXO4ubi learned their lesson from ac1 and put subtitles into ac2. you have to turn them on from the options menu. i turned them on early in the game to make sure i got all the dialog. i found that the subtitles are a bit more helpful than anticipated, as the translation of any italian dialog is also provided. they cuss a lot more in italian than they do in english!
ps3 savegame copying
Wed, 11/18/2009 - 21:22 — IanXO4many of you know that the way to skip repetitive parts of ac1 is to copy strategic savegames throughout the game. but ubi locked the savegames for ac2, so you cant copy them between profiles. it seems the only way to copy them is to back up the whole hdd, which would rly suck. depending on how they implemented savegames on xbox, the xbox may have an important advantage over ps3 on this.
i'll mess around with this for a bit. let me know if you have any ideas.
Switching equipped weapon?

Has anybody found a way to drop the currently-equipped sword or short blade?

I posted it there cuz for whatever reason I couldn't get this site to load and I was mad (at the game)...but it's all good now...thought I would bring it here too though in case anyone else has run into the same issue.
