The assassinations in Sequence 12 didn't have much lead-up, which was a little disappointing.
Ludovico was too basic. He's up on a tower and there's no way to get him down. He won't climb down on his own to chase you and you can't throw him off. If you climb up onto the ledge, he instantly knows you're there, just like Vieri. But if you hold [High Profile] while climbing up and keep tapping [Armed Hand] with the hidden blades equipped, you can get an easy kill. Otherwise, just fight him as with any other alerted target.
I've rather enjoyed Sequence 12 as a whole. It fits well and fleshes out the game more, making it feel more complete. I've played through it three times thus far.
The first couple of missions are straight forward. You can fight as much as you want as long as you don't get out of range of your two allies and neither of them die. They don't die when falling from great heights, but they do die when falling into water.

February 25th. And it comes with the three Templar Lairs. I think, someone correct me if I'm wrong, that this DLC will go for 400 MSPoints / $4.99.
After downloading the DLC pack, if you load a completed game save (post-end credits) the game takes you immediately back into the memory corridor, but this time with Ezio instead of Desmond. Oddly enough, you can use your hidden blades and jump and everything during this memory corridor sequence.

Pretty interesting. Can't wait to download this - but I have to buy some MSPoints first...
This is a thread for posting the assassination techniques you have discovered.
Sorry I couldn't embed it.

This is the wallrun assassination technique. It can be used for quick, successful double hidden blade assassinations.
I was out yesterday, and in GAME I saw a new cover. It was like the old one, except the white lines at the top are now shiny silver.
Back in April, when we were all eager to find info about AC2 following E3 and were avidly watching the demo, we got to see Carlo Grimaldi for the first time. The assassination in the demo was straightforward, and after the brute gets chopped in half by his own axe, we see Ezio pace up to Carlo, who is cowering in fear from Ezio. He then says this:
"You really are the devil. Wait! Don't kill me. I can give you anything you want. Name your price!"
*fatality*
So why is this relevant now?
Another junky looking AC title, this one for iPhone/iTouch:
