Pretty interesting. Can't wait to download this - but I have to buy some MSPoints first...
We better be able to replay missions. On the ac2 news website site it says:
Be advised, in order to fully take advantage of everything the DLC has to offer, you should first complete Memory Sequence #11.
The fully take advantage part might meen we get to replay story missions.

I'm paraphrasing here, but the events go basically as follows:
After Caterina Sforza was taken captive, she managed to escape and make her way to the top of a wall. Her captors had managed to kidnap her children, and threatened to kill them if she didn't come down.
Upon hearing the threat, Caterina Sforza replied "I have the tools to make more!" and lifted her dress, showing everything to those below.

In the Game Informer issue with AC2 as it's cover story, a sidebar mentioned that this scene would be in the game. Since that scene didn't make it into the main game, and this DLC is focused on Forli, I have a feeling that we'll be a part of that scene.
The trailer looks great. I'm looking forward to playing this. Which will be in about 12 hours from now.
