Anonymous Blitz
If you don't enter l'Arsenale, you will stay Anonymous and the targets won't move past their first waypoint. This is the perfect opportunity to kill them with throwing knives. They will be too far away to lock onto, so you'll have to aim "manually." Throwing knives travel in the direction of your last horizontal movement. Walk in the direction you would like to aim, and look over Ezio's head to fine tune your aim.

Equestrian-Assisted Blitz Assassination
This isn't the fastest way to kill Stefano. But it sure is fun. Dismount over the disguised guards to avoid detection. One guard was bowled over by the horse during the dismount. Since Ezio wasn't on the horse at the time of the collision, he remains Anonymous afterward.

Bernardo is very cautious. He'll start running if he sees you at all. The leap of faith makes it easy to rapidly enter the courtyard stealthily. Approach from behind to avoid detection.

This is a "variety pack" of assassinations for Francesco de' Pazzi.
A chase is intended for this target. Due to the updated AI in AC2, fleeing targets no longer follow a predetermined path... sort of. This target flees a short distance using a predetermined path, but thereafter it adapts the flight path based on where you are in relation to the next waypoint. We thus have a brief opportunity to do some tricks on this guy.
