Linguist: Assassins Speak
The English version of Assassin's Creed contains numerous languages: Arabic, Kurdish, French, German, Latin, and possibly others. This video translates into English only those lines spoken by main characters.
I have a question about the dialogue with the running Jubair (starting at 2:05). Does that happen just by chasing him while locked on? Or is it just a voiceover and not actually part of the game? Of course I'm too lazy to do the mission and find out myself. 
Jubair has a script of things he says when fleeing (much like Talal):
"See how well you handle this."
"You must be made to see the truth."
"He runs from me as he does from the truth."
"Keep him far from me."
"After him, my disciples. He must not escape."
and so on.
If you're close enough you can hear them. That's the dialogue at 2:05. The stuff Altaïr says at 2:10 was sampled from other parts of the game and added in post production. 
Lawl, I always laugh when I hear this... xD
Finally I know what Altair is saying to Al Mualim at the end. 
The one after Tamir's assassination is my favorite! Everytime i replay that i imagine Altair saying "F*ck you" to the rafik.
