Xbox needs better cape/cloak animations for avatars. They stick to the legs and look like dresses no matter what your gender is. But the Batman suit was mine. I even gave my avatar eye shadow and a grim face to make myself look more like Batman.

I've been watching some walkthroughs on Youtube from people who got it early. I skip the beginning scenes and obvious points that spoil anything. I'm really interested in gameplay and how it's different, not the storyline before I play it.

The gameplay has improved a lot. Way too much to explain here. I finished the game on Friday and I highly recommend it as a must-purchase game for fans of Batman or solid adventure games in general.

There are some stores (particularly smaller non-chain stores) that don't care about street dates and just put games out as soon as the stock arrives. There's a store in my city that always does this, so I pick up my big releases there.
Sure they could get a warning from distributors about breaking street dates, but they're small enough to go unnoticed and they don't really care anyway. Video games aren't an important part of their business (it's a drug store) so threats to stop shipping games to them wouldn't be taken seriously. And it's not worth the cost of the big companies sending in the lawyers for little one-shot places that do that. All they'd do is spend a lot of money and lose a retailer who doesn't care much about keeping their business in the first place.
Nice! I need to see if I can find a place around here that can do that. Sadly, I might not be able to get Arkham City until NEXT Monday (Gamestop won't let me change the shipping method to a faster way). :/
I might get it in a couple of weeks. I'm basically pulling money out of a hat to get it, and it may delay Revelations up until December, but eff it. I've been reading everywhere that its perfect, and I saw about 20 minutes of gameplay in a Media Cows walkthrough and felt blazed.
