A chance to kill the target in The Thesbian Part 1. In this memory you tail the target until she disappears at the end.
A Splitting Headache
When the target stops walking a scene is ready to start. Wait until your recruit gets into place and get as close as you can without starting the scene (stop as soon as you reach six meters). Then bring out a heavy weapon and use the special attack. Throwing the weapon makes Ezio step forward and activate the scene. The Thesbian is still standing, but with the weapon in her head, and is still targeted.
Pre-thrown Bomb
Throw a sticky shrapnel bomb to explode during the scene. I made the mistake of throwing it before the recruit gets into place, but it turns out just as good. The target and other character are killed during the scene without the usual scene animations (except for the smoke bomb). The first time I tried this it didn't seem to kill the target during the scene, so I'm not sure about the chances of it working like this again.
The Actual Death
I decided to show the mission where you assassinate the Thesbian for two reasons:
1. The video is short as it is.
2. Many people probably haven't done this mission yet since you have to get the recruit up to a high level to start the mission.
I went for an in-your-face point blank kill with a thrown heavy weapon (mostly because a thrown heavy weapon was one way I preassassinated her, and I just wanted to prove she could stay dead this time 
). I was hoping to stay anonymous throughout the mission up until the kill, but it didn't turn out that way. Maybe if I tried again I might have been able to, but this was simply a video on pre-killing the target, and I didn't want to waste any time like I usually do.
