you should tell us a little about your drawing! it looks like you did this before ac2 even came out.
actually, i DID do this right before the release date on consoles. i was just replaying the first AC when i saw a similar image to this of Ezio. i looked at the picture and made a rough outline of the figure. then laid out the basics of the robes. then i looked at all possible pics of the character (close-ups of his hood, his necklace, the designs on his shoulder and blade, etc.) i was tempted to do a version of Altair and the next assassin for AC3 (whoever it is, even Desmond with his hoodie pulled over.) if i get enough feedback ("praise") for this, i'd be happy to post as much of my AC art as possible.

Well, it is very promising Joey. I think you should do more of this, it really really looks great.
thanks man. i've just started my next one today. can't wait to put it up.
We literally do not have any art on here. Post as much as you can!
wow, now i'm definately going to put more up! i can do requests. let me know if there's anything you've always wanted to see. send me a message or just post it on here.
your drawing looks great! my fav assassination animation is the one where ezio stands behind the target, brings him to his knees, and then stabs the back of the neck. wanna give this a shot?

Yeah... probably the most awesome assassination.
Would be pretty sweet if you could make it.
That's impressive mate.

oh yes, definately! that is really a great pose. i'll start that after my current project. It's AC1-related.
hey assassins! just wanted to put out an update on the art. my USB cable is ripped, so i can't upload any new pics until i find a new one. the next picture on the forums will be AC1-related, as promised, but it will only be a "Preview" of what's to come.
be on the lookout in the next few weeks.
(Keep the requests coming! i have nothing better to do!)
I have some art to post as well, but, I'm embarrassed to say, I couldn't figure out how to put images in the post.
So here are some fun links instead!
This one is the worst of the two: http://corbielaughter.deviantart.com/art/Desert-168416933?q=sort%3Atime+...
And this one is better: http://corbielaughter.deviantart.com/gallery/#/d2mnbpy
Click the images to enlarge them. They are drawn with archival ink and alcohol-based markers.
They are both fantastic! Your Ezio especially, it is extremely detailed.
Thanks very much.
Also, I'd love to hear any ideas for poses and suchlike... I'm more of an illustrator than an artist.
You can put your pictures on photobucket. You can upload them from there.
I think they're brilliant. I like the slightly cartoony style of them with the really bright colours, especially the red on Ezio. I may attempt a bit of art of my own (although don't expect too much)

Do as much as you want. There's no requirement. We fight for the freedom of free will, don't we?
Oh sorry, this is it.
that pic doesn't work
yeah it says its been deleted
here's a much, much worse one I drew in a friend's yearbook. She's a fellow fangirl who'd appreciate the captions, so I apologize to all the guys here XD

By far my favorite part of this though is the tiny Ezio showing off in the back.
i reposted my picture for all of you who didnt know

Wow, that's really good! I love cartoon adaptations of Altair and Ezio
i reposted my picture for all of you who didnt know
Does it need any kind plug-in to be visible? I still can't see it.

I see it. It's just really a really low quality scan/photo so you might need to turn your screen brightness way up.
edit: If you still can't see it, hit468's picture is right here:

my picture was just a quick sketch of the front cover of Assassins Creed 2. His head is to small, the cape is to short, his hands are messed up.
Oh, don't get me wrong hit, I really like it. It's just that the scan quality is low so it's hard to see, that's all. The drawing itself is awesome
don't worry my future drawings i will actually try and i will
press down harder on the pencil so it will be easier to see.

Either that, or go over it with a pen. Just make sure you are careful while going over it.
or that.
As well try to be proportional, maybe you were out of space and had to cut short the left arm.
Not bad for a quick sketch though. It still adds to the site and specifically to this section so well done and keep doing more. Eventually I WILL get round to doing some (I've started Altair now )
Just a teaser.
Work in progress.
Wow! Neat picture ideas! Hey, if you guys would like to try and digitally color those, there's a program call GIMP. It's a drawing freeware with advanced capabilities like layers. It's basically a free version of photoshop. I use it all the time with just a touchpad mouse and an extreme amount of patience. But still, I'd really like to see some of your guys' work colored!

Do you have a link to the program? That would really help me, since I'm heading to college in a few days for graphic design.

Yeah sure, sure. It has a few bugs and freezes up on me sometimes though so save your work FREQUENTLY.

Epicness. Thanks Wisdom! Hope to see you in ACB!
Those pictures do look really awesome!
I don't really have anything new to upload, but there's this: http://corbielaughter.deviantart.com/art/Ezio-WIP-158971935?q=gallery%3A... if you are interested in seeing the halfway point in the Ezio sketch. It's pictured halfway through the inking stage, so you can kind of get a feel for the process.
I can't believe there's people that haven't heard of Gimp, I thought it was a fairly well-known piece of software.

Wow! Thats cool. I really want to see it finished
Yeah Corbie, great job! Maybe you should head the art forum! haha

YOU CAN COUNT ON IT.
YOU CAN COUNT ON IT.
That was legitimately scary.

Watch out everyone. Wisdomwielder is going to rampage through the streets of Rome in AC Brotherhood (so watch your backs people).

For those who didn't look at my AC topic...

Wisdom, you're an Assassin of many talents.
Thanks! Specialization is way too boring for me!
Your picture of Altair made me cry a little inside, but then I read that you'd done it with a mouse and was so blown away I forgot to be sad. That is seriously awesome.
