Lydia Frye is tasked with finding information regarding a radio that enemy spies are using. She steals the information from several locations, and to keep her actions relatively subtle, she ensures no one dies by her hand.

I'm not sure why I hadn't already done this one a while ago, since I did do a Reaper variant of it. It's really annoying that you have to "sweet spot" the Steal action from guards that have mission-specific items to pickpocket, especially when they stagger and wander around inside the Smoke, which can cause the action to be interrupted. If someone is Smoked or Stunned in any way, I'd probably build the game to let you Steal from any direction. What are they going to do if they notice me rifling through their pockets in the middle of the stun, cough me to death? Whatever.

I love that second pickpocket where you walk along with the target's entourage. It's unfortunate that the other three scenes required smoke bombs to maintain anonymity. I generally approach every mission with stealth and hidden blade only (no smoke) and consider it a failure if detected.

You won't even feel the blade.

Yeah, Unity and Syndicate are very reliant on new Smoke mechanics; the fact that Smoke conceals sight now instead of acting like an Uber-Stun that gets you insta-Detected. There's very, very little social stealth in these two games, and I'm super happy about that second pickpocket as well. Just walk right in, grab the info and get out. So sick.
