Sequence 5, Memory "Survival of the Fittest" from Assassin's Creed Syndicate.
Contraband Sabotaged and Millner Assassinated with no other Kills and no Detects.
* * *
RULES:
1) No Kills or Knockouts except Targets, unless Required.
2) No Detects except upon Assassination Moment
- Awareness Meters are allowed.
- I will try to avoid being detected during Assassinations as well, but if it's necessary, it's fine.
3) EQUIPMENT:
- Wear the Upgraded Beer Collector Belt for Jacob and the Upgraded Aegis Cloak for Evie.
4) No Side Objectives
5) No HUD except Awareness Meters and Tool Indicator
* * *
Sabotaging the contraband, during the first checkpoint, is one of the hardest things I've had to do in a videogame. Why? Due to the game putting Pick-Up, Kidnap, Knock-Out and Drop to Ledge all on the same button, it's easy to make mistakes here, since it's the button pressed most during this segment. There were many times when Jacob did the wrong thing because of how many enemies, explosives and ledges there are packed close together. Throwing away the first crate of explosives (you only need the three around the middle contraband pile anyway) was necessary so I could ambush the first guard with a Kidnap into a Knock-Out. The game does not have this as a default Cover Takedown option, so I actually have to Sprint out for just a moment and grab him before his Awareness Meter fills up all the way and causes him to Detect me. Whistling leads him back to that area so I don't have to spend time moving his body around.

After the cutscene where Jacob listens in on Pearl, it is possible to exit the building through the door that the three guards come in from. Instead, I go upstairs, Smoke the lone guard up there and exit through the window because it allows me to begin chaining horizontal Rope Launches a little faster. I didn't like this mission all that much. It was tough, for all the wrong reasons.

Nice to see a place where the grapple hook comes in real handy. And now we can pick up a body before it falls to the ground? Big smile Thanks a bunch for these videos; now I won't have to play Syndicate for a while.

You're most welcome, thank you for watching! Yeah, the Thames River makes the Rope Launcher useful because the few static points you can navigate onto (the poles) are too far away to jump between using regular jumps We can now pick up Knocked-Out bodies before they fall to the ground, yeah, but not Assassinated bodies, for some reason.

Thanks for showing easy way across the Thames! I never even considered that. Goes to show men do truly find the laziest ways of completing a task! Ahahahahaha! Love

Here's to you as good as you are. Here's to me as bad as I am. As bad as I am, and as good as you are, I'm as good as you are, as bad as I am.

<3 xD We're pretty good at that, I find~ ;]
This mission seriously was a nightmare, though, like I mentioned. That easy way across the Thames took some time to get as fluid as I did, and it could STILL be less choppy if I had even more patience for retries. At first I was chanting to myself, "Shoot Left... Shoot Right... Stick lightly..." over and over again until I Muscle-Memory'd it.

i had no problems crossing the Thames my first time... and I don't think I used the rope launcher. I guess I got lucky with the ships that came by... or I used the robe launcher for part and forgot. Innocent

I had no problems in regular gameplay. Crossing the Thames isn't very hard generally speaking. There are no short term or long-term Consequences for failing besides a slight slowdown. Making videos is an entirely different business. We strive to keep up maximum Flow. When it comes to that, things change a bit. Froggering across boats is FUN AS HELL, though, yeah? ;D

Yes! It did remind me of Frogger, minus the squash deaths of course (getting hit by a boat should be death btw, wow that should really hurt) but yes, its just a matter of annoying timing. I like the rope trick though, Im going to look for those opportunities more now.
