Game: Assassin's Creed Syndicate
Style: Reaper / Lethal / Stealth Kills

Jacob Frye assassinates John Elliotson using as many opportunities as he can get his hands on.

"Opportunist" is a Syndicate-specific tag that I use to say that I use/take/collect every Opportunity in the mission. Opportunities are objectives that can act as modifiers to the player's route or strategy. There are two in this mission: get the Nurse's key, which opens all locked doors in the Asylum, and pretend to be a cadaver, which lets you get a cinematic Kill on Elliotson.

I do not Stealth this mission perfectly, because I wanted to show off a certain mechanic that some people might not be aware of: If you use a Hallucinogenic Dart on a guard, even if he has already Detected you, it wipes his detection state and lets you hit him with a Stealth Kill animation. Works even while other enemies are trying to kill you, too. You see me demonstrate this twice in a row just to show that it's not just luck or RNG. It's consistent and you can do it as long as you've got Hallu Dart ammo. This is similar to how Berserk Blades/Darts work in previous AC games, but in Unity they could only be used to Cancel a rising detection meter.

I may release a Commentated version of this video with my lovely new $150 microphone. Let me know if you want one. I reckon most people on TheHiddenBlade probably haven't heard my voice much, and you might be curious. I'd feed that curiosity, especially if Mentor Stabguy or some of the Master Assassins are interested.

And let me know what you think of the intro. Smile I decided to have a little fun.

I find it humorous that in the middle of the 2-3 dozen prednisone spam-links, the first actual video posted was on a mission called "Overdose." Wink
