Sequence 4, Memory "Overdose" from Assassin's Creed Syndicate
Dr. Elliotson Assassinated with no other Kills/KOs and no Detects.
* * *
RULES:
1) No Kills or Knockouts except Targets, unless Required.
2) No Detects except upon Assassination Moment
- Awareness Meters are allowed.
- I will try to avoid being detected during Assassinations as well, but if it's necessary, it's fine.
3) EQUIPMENT:
- Wear the Upgraded Beer Collector Belt for Jacob and the Upgraded Aegis Cloak for Evie.
4) No Side Objectives
5) No HUD except Awareness Meters and Tool Indicator
The reason I'm able to open all the doors in the Asylum without having to pick them using Lockpick LV2 is because I've already beaten the mission before, while having freed the Nurse and been given her Master Key. With how long the clouds from my Smoke Bombs last, I could still Pick them and be safe. This is just faster. I can fall from heights without people hearing me because I have the Skill "Assassin Steps - Eliminate landing-noise, and make all Movement slightly quieter."
Elliotson does not have any Detection States attached to his actual character. He is scripted to talk to you and to "notice" you as soon as you enter the room any other way except for the Unique Kill. He does not have an Awareness Meter, and stands absolutely still unless you hurt him, interrupt a KnockOut animation on him, or Free him from a Kidnap. He would then start running around randomly away from you. He is one of the easiest targets in the game to get to, and to kill.

Considering it's the first real assassination (I'm not counting the tutorial ones in Crawley), this makes sense.
If you kidnap him, is it possible to get him outside for the stunts/eagle strikes that this site is known for?
Yes. https://www.facebook.com/leo.karakolov/videos/vb.816605541/1015612415502...
Twopenny is also super easy, though. Most of the Assassinations in this game are pretty easy if you just go for the Target.
The only one I can think of right now that I'm dreading making the video for is the one in Sequence 7. That's gonna take some doing, or mad Smoke Bomb cheesing.
facebook? sheesh. FIREWALLED.
I've only done sequence 4, so I'm slowly working my way through your videos. This memory was the first one I ever did the special assassination on. I never went back to reply Unity's assassinations due to game fatigue after chasing all those damn map icons.
It's the only place I'd uploaded something for Aurel that also answers your question. I don't want to re-up it to YouTube just for this one moment when it's already upped somewhere else. It's set to Public so you should be able to see it later. But yeah, you can Kidnap Elliotson and take him outside. There's no way to close the doors, however, and it seems like he'll always scurry back inside. The reason I Smoke him in the FB video is because it's the only way I could find to make him stay still. You can actually do whatever you want to Elliotson because he might be the most defenseless character in the entire game. Even the two Tutorial Assassination characters fight back against you or call for guards when they see you. Elliotson, as mentioned, has no Detection States associated with him. He's basically a doll dressed up as a person for you to stab.

Oh, how far doctor's in AC games have fallen. Just this week we learned that Garnier de Naplouse just may be the most bad-ass fighter in AC1... killing Templars and the like. And now we have Elliotson the doll.
[Dr. Elliotson] stands absolutely still unless you hurt him, interrupt a KnockOut animation on him, or Free him from a Kidnap.
There must be some other triggers because he randomly ran away a few times while I was scouting the operating room. One time it was because I killed a guard in front of him. The other times I was just climbing a wall or something.

Good finds. We can play around with the mission more and see if we can trigger some interesting things. A pity that there's no like, "settable" explosives and such in Syndicate. Would've been awesome as a Flee Kill, but we might be able to do other cool stuff.
