Wanted to make a poll of favorite AC memory, but this list was easier to compile.
Have at it!
Write in candidates.
AC3: "The Giant and the Storm" --> This mission should be called, "if you fully upgraded your ship, then %&*# off, because syncing at 100% is going to be damn near impossible." Guess who fully upgraded his ship?
AC4: "Black Bart's Gambit" --> Don't get me wrong, that mission was awesome. But that rope assassination can go to hell. For that part not working for a long time, it probably gets the nod as my least favorite in the game.
Freedom Cry --> Not any particular part, just the DLC itself. It's terrible. So bad, in fact, that I have no desire to actually finish it.
The Flying Machine. Seriously, I don't care what mission it is, I hate it.

I almost put: Anything with a vehicle of any kind: horse carriage, parachute kite, flying machine, all boat missions in AC3, paul revere's horse (to the left, connor! to the right, connor! this way!)
stabguy: is there a reason "reply" is an option on polls, but "quote" is not?
My worst one would be a tie between the tank mission in ACB and one of the Assassin recruit missions in ACR where you have to defend a herald. 100%: Don't let the herald take damage.
It's hard to make a choice. When you fail 100% in the tank mission, the part of the mission you have to do again is loooooong. On the other hand, the tank mission is easy if you can get through the first part, because you can use the synchronization wall to your advantage when you're up against two tanks in the second part. ACR's herald mission doesn't have an 'easy' way to deal with it, but the part you'll have to do again is not that long.
Because I think I've had more trouble with the herald mission, that one gets my vote.
For some reason I really liked the flying machine mission, am I the only one? The controls were crap, but I liked the idea of using Leonardo's ingenuity to approach a target. Any other vehicle missions, meh..
Ya'll know how I feel...
Ah yes. The exact comment I had in mind when I added that to the list.

I had completely blocked that shit out of my mind. Thanks a lot.

Fixed. Thanks for pointing it out.

Holy crap, was that the one where you were kind of in a corner with the herald? McStab, you helped me with that one. It involves throwing a ton of money bombs and caltrops everywhere to block the way with civilians and then have the baddies stub their toes and be open targets.
And I think the camera angle was fixed during it too, right?

That's the one. And I think that's how I finally got it. Maybe some smoke bombs in there for good measure.
How about this: any mission that doesn't involve any game-play. You watch a cut-scene, and the memory ends. Nothing interactive at all.

I think I had to use a lot of smoke bombs, too. Just spam them one after another and use the hidden blade to kill every guard. Worst mission ever.
