What if ubisoft sold the rights to the AC franchise?
This would never Evvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvaaar happen, but let's say they did. What would be your reaction? Which company do you think could do a good job with Assassin's Creed? I'd be surprised, worried a little. I think rocsteady or bethesda could make a good AC game. Not to say ubisoft isn't doing a good job, it just be cool personally to see what another company could do with it.
It's hard to imagine it not being in Ubisoft's hands. No other game really has that "AC feel" to it.
Arkane Studios is the only dev in the entire world I would trust with the Assassin's Creed brand - and that's only a worst case scenario.
