This video is the mission where you assassinate Vieri ( SP?) however its the one thing I dont show
Part 1: I move Mario into the cutscene by luring him with a guard, its really funny if you listen to the dialogue knowing he isnt meant to be there
Part2: Some bug I found, isnt very helpful at all. In fact the story wont progress and you must restart. However its kinda funny how that dieing guy says Mario is being over run and they aren't even fighting
I lawled.
I want to try pre-assassinating the guards like that. Looks like fun.
Good one, Jack-Reacher!
There are a lot of instances where you can pre assassinate but it usually just leads to bugs. In my assassination contracts there are a few where you stalk your target to an area and kill him, or stalk his guard to the target. Once that mission starts, simply look at your map and you will see a restricted area, you can tell thats where you are going to head up
You can pre-assassinate there, but most of the time once the guy you are stalking gets there, the target never shows up. For me the target did show up in some, but killing him did not end the mission. Its still fun to do though
On a side note can anyone think of other times where you could push a character into a cutscene?
Id rather not make a new topic so il just add, is it possible to provoke Mario into fighting Vieri for you?

Not another character, no. I've put Ezio into cutscenes where he didn't belong - video coming soon.

I couldn't manage it. I had Mario come way out onto the grass and fight guards alongside me, but he would never engage Vieri, nor would Vieri go after Mario. Not even when they were virtually back to back.
I'm pretty sure that Vieri and his respawning guards are flagged differently because they always come after me no matter how far away they spawn (including climbing all the way over the outer wall), whereas Mario and the guards he fights spawn in a different area and they never seem to switch from attacking him to attacking me. Mario and the guards he fights can spill out through the open doorway, but Vieri's men come over the wall every time.
I did this except I put Mario where Vieri appears for the assassination. And since Mario appears in a scene after the assassination there were two Mario's! I placed him in the center of the place and there wasn't a clear shot of him in the scene except for when Mario tells Vieri, "requiescat in pace", and the parts afterward.

You've seen my video where I did that to Dante Moro.
I think it can also be done with Bartholomeo when you kill the Baron in AC:Brotherhood.
