Despite the desaturation in the picture, seems clear to me that this character is black or Hispanic, which makes sense since W_D2 is set in LA, right?
I really like the choice of clothes and accessories, seems far more like a normal guy on the street than Aiden did.
leak came from someone who is supposedly the voice actor for this character and posted it on Instagram (@TheKingCort)
Could also be Asian... LA has pretty much every ethnicity covered.
