I did a commentary for this one, but I will sum up my basic first impressions on this mode anyway.
The rules and gameplay is basically the same as ACB Wanted, however the detection meter and the state the community is in right now determine my playstyle.
For those of you that dont know, the detection meter starts off as discreet. When your target is in line of sight, it takes about 7 seconds to go up to Silent. If they drop out of your Line of Sight, it goes back down to discreet.
I find that it is very hard to get silent kills at this stage of the game because msot of the players are running, so its hard to stalk them or approach them without dropping to discreet. Also if you spend time gaining a silent bonus, chances are you will get picked off by your pursuers.
This video shows me going back to old school morph tactics, and I explain a few ways to counter it as well so you can be prepared when the rest of the community starts doing it.
i love commentary
I agree it does take a long time to become Silent. However I wonder if there will be new modes in the future for the Beta? I love to try out new modes.
Great Commentary.
I watched twice, the second time I went to another tab and just listened to your commentary. I like your voice
There will be a new mode, Artifact Assassault
sounds like chest capture
There will be a new mode, Artifact Assassault
I wonder if it's gonna be like "Plunder" in Uncharted or "Capture The Flag."
Its pretty much like CTF actually.
Its like Capture the Flag, I saw a video somewhere.
Chest Capture is like Control, or Base from MGO
Interesting Indeed.
I like alternative modes like Chest Capture. It was okay to run around and act crazy in that mode.
There will be a new mode, Artifact Assassault
Assassault: That's the mode where you attempt to repeatedly punch your opponent in the ass.
I don't play much multiplayer. Your videos have always demonstrated virtuosity, Reacher, but I couldn't comprehend the subtleties. Narration changes that. Well done.
Thanks, the problem with doing commentary for me though is that I usually add commentary on to the video the next day, or even 2 days later.
So when I watch the video again, I don't even know why I do the things I do, it just flows together. I will consider doing live commentary so you players will really get to know whats going on in my head. In one of my latest videos that I have yet to upload I do a really bad job of trying to explain how to control the pace of the lobby, but il upload it anyway because it sounds funny.
