After the cutscene with Borgia, Jacapo and the Pazzi, Vieri goes up onto a defense tower on the wall of the Tuscan city, guarded by his men. The only way to get to him is to sneak behind the wall and pop over the edge to fight him. Well, if you want to kill him without arousing any guards' attention, this is how.
Once the mission starts, jump over to the building on your left. You should be able to notice a blacksmith symbol (the hammer) in the building on the mini map. Get to the highest point on that specific roof. You should still be able to stand straight, so don't be kneeling on any chimneys or beams etc.
Equip throwing knives. Make sure you have all knife slots filled. If not, just buy more from the blacksmith. (That's why I pointed that part out!)
Face the direction of Vieri and throw knives until you kill him. Pretty obvious. It's very easy to misfire using this method from such a long distance and auto-targeting.
Anyone who'd like to make a video of this (Stab, Ian, etc.) feel free to, as I'm unable to do this myself.
Ian already did within like the first week of the game
He's done this with almost all the other targets as well.

DAMMIT! lol
Lol you should watch all of Ian and Stabguys videos, they pretty much cover everything. The shouldnt stop you from finding new stuff yourself though, didnt stop me, good one for figuring it out yourself
Yeah, I've been starting to look at each mission from different angles and seeing what else I can do. I'd be able to do more if they hadn't patched some of the methods, such as the airwalk with throwing knives. I've done a lot of strategies with AC1, though. I'm so used to that game.
