Uberto Alberti Triple Jump
The first assassination is part of the tutorial in Assassin's Creed 2. You are required to remain Anonymous or else it's total desynchronization and you start over. Regardless of how you approach Uberto, he will spot Ezio and say, "You.." Don't panic and run away. Just assassinate him quickly from the front.
In this video I approach Uberto using a series of three jumps, beginning from the nearby View Point. Reach the rooftops by scaling the small building to the southeast and jumping across. Climb the View Point and get into the position illustrated in the video. The timing is unimportant.
The first jump is straight back. Don't try to aim with the left thumbstick. Ezio lands perched upon a spire. Turn the camera to face the fountain in the center of the courtyard. Release right trigger and walk off of the perch. Accelerate to a run and finally to a sprint in order to make the second jump onto the fountain. Wait for Ezio to regain his composure and quickly jump a third time at Uberto. Assassinate him after landing.
