Yes Toonami has returned. But not triumphantly.See Toonami 2012 doesn't have a big budget. They only have two new shows. The other shows come from adult swim's line-up.

For those who don't know what toonami is...

Toonami (a portmanteau of the words cartoon and tsunami suggesting a "tidal wave" of animated cartoons) is a brand of Cartoon Network, used initially for action-oriented programming blocks on Cartoon Network television channels worldwide, mostly showing American cartoons and Japanese anime, originating in the United States on March 17, 1997, and ended on September 20, 2008. It was revived on May 26, 2012 as part of Cartoon Network's Adult Swim block.

The Toonami brand name was subsequently used in the United Kingdom as the name of an action-oriented animation channel replacing a former Cartoon Network-owned channel, CNX, which had been a Toonami/live-action hybrid network.[1] It has been hosted by two CGI hosts.

Also, this is where Dragonball-GT, sailor moon, and a vast array of Anime became popular. Now this was back in the 90's so i missed out. I heard about toonami after i got into Dragonball.

As i mentioned Toonami has two new shows on its schedule:

DEAD MAN WONDERLAND

I watched the full first episode the other day. My god, I strongly recommend Dead man wonderland.

And last but not least.

Casshern Sins

Didn't watch all of the show. I fell asleep,LOL.

If your an anime fan. Support these two series. If you do Toonami starts getting money from the views. The money from the views= more anime=possibilities like Fairytale, One piece, and a hole bunch of other potential anime/Cartoons.

To be fair, you have to have a very high IQ to understand Rick and Morty. The humor is extremely subtle, and without a solid grasp of theoretical physics most of the jokes will go over a typical viewer's head. There's also Rick's nihilistic outlook, which

I remember the good old days watching Gundam Wing, Evangelion, Interstella 5555, Saint Seiya, Yuyu Hakusho, Samurai X, Inuyasha, Cyborg 009 and others. I'm glad it's back, but back then it was only aired during the late night, and then it was replaced by some weird animation block and after that CN just gave up on anime because Animax gave it too much competition... And then they premiered Dragonball Z Kai Puzzled . Now I just watch anime on the internet whenever I feel like so I don't think I'll really be watching this.

I just wished CN started airing Samurai Jack and Batman again.

EDIT: Wait, they show Cowboy Bebop on the American Toonami?! I need to find move to US right now!
