Hi all. I wanted to share an idea. You often publish awesome videos, especially for blitz assassination.

What do you think of a speedrun of AC:B in the category "individual levels"? That means, you run every memory as fast as possible (in team, choosing the best person for each memory), record it with a correct quality, and then send it to Speed Demos Archive ( http://speeddemosarchive.com/ ). I really think you all have a place on this site.

If you have any question, fell free to ask.

You can also have a look at those pages :
- how to submit http://speeddemosarchive.com/lang/submit_en.html
- speedrun rules http://speeddemosarchive.com/lang/rules_en.html
- SDA's FAQ http://speeddemosarchive.com/lang/faq_en.html

To finish, I really think that a run from THB would be absolutely awesome.

PS : you can have a look at the IL run I did, but remember that it's not optimal. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kB5XX5Va0dM&feature=results_main&playnext...

I'm in. I'm only thinking nobody wants to run those boring first levels in the game. Tongue

I think they're not boring. There's a strategy to find for fighting, climbing, etc. Also remember the horse you have to catch... Plenty of things like that, you have to think about, then optimize, then train and finally get a good run while recording. Believe me, it's really entertaining.

I am kinda busy with MGS2 VR missions, I think I only need one mindless task in my life lol.

However in the future when AC3 comes out I might give this a shot.

We could also do a non speed run type of series, where we all alternate and take turns doing a mission. Like member of a month, each person who can record will record the next mission or next side mission, until we have a big walkthrough of the game done in different styles.

Different styles would be also great, yeah.

But my opinion was that such a "team" like THB has a place on Speed Demos Archive.

I guess I could give it a try. But remember my video quality isn't that good. And why don't we try a speedrun on AC1 while we are at it? Wink

Running a segmented run with a team is... I don't know, a little fishy?
Or would you want to do an "IL", where we each run a memory block?

DIBS ON JUBAIR AND SIBRAND!

Doing a segmented run with a team is not a problem. For AC:B, I thought to "IL".

And I won't bring any help for AC1, since I haven't played this game even once.

I can't imagine any (hardcore) AC player not playing AC1. It's the game that started it all. Crown

To be fair, you have to have a very high IQ to understand Rick and Morty. The humor is extremely subtle, and without a solid grasp of theoretical physics most of the jokes will go over a typical viewer's head. There's also Rick's nihilistic outlook, which

Hi there, old topic, but I didn't want to create a new one.

As said in AC3 forum, I finished the planning today. I let you guess the number of segments (^^), but I believe I can save 10 minutes with the warps and another 10 minutes everywhere else. So the final time should be under 2:30:00...
