first of all: it is alot harder to find the glyphs this time around, as they are'nt visible at all outside of Eagle's view
and one thing i had trouble with before i understood it. you have to climb into them.
atleast with the one i found so far it's not enough to just be right beside them. they will act as another ledge, atleast in Eagles view, i haven't tried yet in normal view
i'll update on that once i find out more
ok, so let's write down how to actually solve them, i only managed to get one so far.
Puzzle nr 1
first off, you have to physically move Ezio to a box, i don't know why, but it took a few seconds to realise it actually.
then you get a series of paintings, the clue says "Masters all, they did not work, but ruled from high." this points toward a theme of nobility and rulers. just select people that look rich, sitting on thrones etc.
next is a chess board, the text is an instruction to move the pawn right in front of your king two steps forward from E2 to E4.
next up is a ring and a beeping spund, you can move the ring around and the beep grows when you get closer to a red dot.
the dot is around the top right of the screen.
Puzzle nr 2
this puzzle is mostly round pictures that needs to be put in order. i'm gonna use the same system for all of these things.
counting the unmoving ring in the center there are 5 rings, i call the one in the center nr 1, and the big at the edge nr 5
for the first circle nr 3 is connected with nr 2, and nr 4 is also connected to nr 2. nr 2 can also move on it's own,
so, start with moving nr 5 to the left 4r steps.
then move nr 4 to the left 3 steps
now move nr 3 to the right 2 steps
and finally nr 2 to the left four steps
another picture.
circle nr 2 is connected to nr 4 and nr 5 is connected ro nr 2.
move nr 5 to the left 2 steps
nr 2 to the left 5 steps
nr 3 to the left 5 steps
and finally nr 4 to the left 4 steps
last picture
nr 5 is connected to nr 1, and nr 4 is connected to nr 3
so move nr 5 to the right 1 step
nr 4 to the right 5 steps
nr 3 to the right 4 steps
nr 2 to the right 3 steps
the next puzzle is one more move on the chessboard. move a pawn and set it up on thh right of the other pawn from F2 to F4
the final puzzle is another beeping sound on a black screen. go around with the marker and you will find the dots
Puzzle nr 3
first you gotta zoom on the right picture, it's a white building, the flag on the left tower. this leads to a numberwheel and codes.
for every separete code you ahve to line up the wheel.
for the first you have to line up nr 9 to the Ø. this leads to the right symbol being the one that looks like a 4. do this for every single one
for the next chessmove you have to take the black knight with your pawn. move the pawn from F4 to E5
there are 2 red dots, one in the top right, and one in the bottom left
Puzzle nr 4
the text refers to robots, i'll refer to them as the top row is nr 1 to 5 counting from the left and the bottom is 6 to 10.
take nr 2, 3, 5, 9 and 10
chess, the thing to get from the equation is (2,3) and (G) meaning, move your pawn from G2 to G3 to protect the king
to line up the audio-line, just select the first two sequences
there is one red dot in the top left, and the next is exactly below that
Puzzle nr 5
start of with a chess move, use the queen to protect the king, so queen from D1 to E2
find the electric bolt in the top left picture
Puzzle nr 6
Puzzle nr 7
Puzzle nr 8
Puzzle nr 9
Puzzle nr 10
more will be added soon, any help is appreciated
I decided to completely forget glyphs until i've done every other thing in the game. (towers, feathers..etc)
But this will help when I build up the courage to do them (: hopefully by then this will be completed, or near.
Rob's making my job easier, I guess.
Thanks!
Puzzle NR 2, if I remember, has a couple of those rotate the rings to create an image, a find the red dot thing, but you have to find 2 red dots, the chess one, you have to move a pawn next to the first one, I might have forgotten something, I just did that at the top of my head.

All correct, except that it's three red dots.
I was really into the puzzles last time through (even made an algorithm to solve the ring ones efficiently). I'd love to participate in a puzzle-solving FAQ/walkthrough.

Can people make Video walkthroughs of these as well?
For those people who find it easier to learn through videos.

I think you can replay the cluster puzzles from the Animus Desktop, so this shouldn't be an issue to get some videos made.
Don't know if I'll be the one to do it, but it'll definitely happen.
Up to sequence 7 havent found a single one, havent bothered either. Are they on the dark buildings on the map still, the landmarks?

Yep. But not every landmark has one, naturally.
I found my first one very early in the game and did it then, but held off on looking for others. I'm not a fan of eagle vision in general, so I never see them while playing normally.
I've found all the glyphs, the only one that gave touble was on the Castel Sant'Angelo(thought it was higher up on the center fortress). The puzzles theselves are kickin my ass, they're a lot more difficult than the AC2 glyphs.
Im going to make a video walkthrough for youtube, with credit given here for ones I cant do myself
I've found the picture ones to be a little harder, but the rotating rings and the code wheels are just about the same as last time. The chess puzzles aren't much of a challenge either, provided you know how to play chess.
If anyone wants any otherwise-spoiler-free help, feel free to ask.
Subject 16 and Desmond's Story is a twisted, confusing fantasy world...
I must do a second playthrough....(TO UNDERSTAND)
I was thrilled to see more picture puzzles and # wheels...
Funny thing is I don't even know how to play chess....( which pawn to move???)
One Cluster took me like 15 minutues by myself ...
I feel as if Assassin's Creed Brotherhood just walked into a unknown realm of Science Fiction
