SPOILERS For discussion of Lineage
Well, I loved the 'movie'...couldn't help but think Altair would not get ambushed like Giovanni did. What rolled through your brain as you watched this? And I was hoping the short would show right up to the hanging of Ezio's father but of course that doesn't make sense considering the cut scenes we have seen show Giovanni getting hanged. So they save that part for the game.

Very relevent to the entire undertanding of the film. Thank you Shred (yes that is what I call you dude) for posting this on maps...it helped me fill the gaps that were not explained there (of course still left mysterious in so many ways but beneficial nonetheless)

A good point was brought up to some about the first AC video. Apparentely it was quite confusing to some ppl when the Duke of Milan was assassinated. (Sforza) Why since Giovanni was there was he unable to stop it? Why did he seem unaware until the last minute? After many views of this video, I intrepreted that the confession of the man on the rack was around the time of Giovanni's dispatch to Milan. The whole confession was not yet known. So while the man speaks of the 12th bell...Giovanni does not know this..he only knows that the assassination may be attempted at some time during the procession. But no matter what Giovanni knows ahead of time or does not know, the assassination of the Duke is historical fact so it MUST take place. How Ubi decides to portray this we can only accept and talk about (as we are now 
)
Well maybe Ubi should have made their portrayal a little more clear for those who couldn't get it the first time

Nah i find these rather intrigueing and i always thought this he didnt have eagle vision.
Actually I only watched episode 1 once and the full movie on Spike. I find Giovanni's story rather... boring.
