Yeah, in the first [img] tag you can add some dimensions to change the size of the image like this, [img=480x360]. Just make sure you use the same proportions as the original so the picture doesn't become distorted. You can find the original dimensions in the top bar of your browser when you open the image. On my computer, I find that a width of 480 fits just inside the thread frame on this site so you can work out your length to fit with that (although this will vary on different computers/devices). It requires a bit of calculation but it keeps the site nice and neat.
