The Hidden Blade Assassin's Creed in Depth

I preordered it online, but might trade in some games towards it at a Gamestop store. I've gotten every AC title at some discount (either free as a gift or half off) and would like to see if I can pull off that streak. ;D

Haven't put in my pre-order for the Freedom Edition yet, although I've sold one or two copies on eBay to fund my own when I get round to buying it.

Ugh, I'm being pestered to pre-order the game at Gamestop. Thing is, I have a gift card for another store that's not pre-ordering it. And I'll probably get it for PS3 because of free multiplayer.

You have a PS3? Well now I have to get two copies...

Hardly any of you know this, but I played AC Revelations on PS3. We got the PS3 a while ago from someone and put the free AC multiplayer to good use (not that I played much on multiplayer). So I guess if anyone wanted to do coop it would have to be on PS3 (sorry, Phi).

Well I guess now we have more excuses to do PS3 gameplays. At least when the AC3 beta comes out.

@McStab; I'm that guy too! always a year (or two) behind. things are cheaper, but there's always newer out somewhere haha! Also, ACIII was my very first pre-order too You should have seen the surprise on my face when the cashier at gamestop said "5 dollars, annnd here's your case..". I always assumed pre-order meant "full price now, we reserve it and you get DLC".

First game I ever pre-ordered was Dragon Age 2: BioWare Signature Edition. That was a mistake. Second was Mass Effect 3: N7 Collectors Edition. That was really cool until the finale of the game. Not regretting my Dishonored pre-order one bit.

Although, I do have AC3 pre-ordered, despite no pre-order bonuses announced yet. Ubisoft truly loves their PC audience.

Hopefully AC3 in DE wont sell out to quickly. Or else i'm gonna have to wait a month...

*sigh* Gamestop hates me. They just sent me an email telling me to come pick up my copy. Except I preordered the PC copy, which isn't out until end of November. Gamestop cashier fails... I knew I didn't like that guy, too busy talking to his friend and rushing me out.

Happy Scolding Jfighter, and I'm sorry to hear about the mixup, especially so late in the game, which comes out any day now! I wonder if the PC version will get exclusive content, just because Ubi is known not to pursue their PC game-market. At least from what I've heard.

Gamestop called today. Apparently, I can "Pick up assassin's creed on tuesday October 30th at 12:01 AM. I'm definitely going to, just to raise the blood pressure a bit! I know AC3 will be amazing either way though.

Actually, would anyone here know where a good site is for buying things like the AC belt buckles, or individual things like the Assassin-rendered flag? maybe some figurines, but they're not AS important to me

Hmm.. I considered that idea actually. But the thing is, my girlfriend and I are seeing Wreck-It Ralph on Nov 2nd and I'm gonna need the majority of that money for the movie, food and some tokens. (We're both gamers so yeah.)

Good news. My Gamestop pre-Order for PC was correct, and I supposedly will get the pre-order bonus. Not holding my breath though, because a different Gamestop employee once told me they were in talks to buy Steam because their online distribution system is doing so well.

Got it Now I just need my cheque to come in so I can buy a PS3 and let Daz and McStab know how the functionality is! Please let the game be all patched-up..
