MGS did something similar last april fools. In MGS4 if you slit 50 peoples throats you unlock the assassin emblem and the assassins creed outfit for Snake. I wonder if they will keep the hay box.

Apparently Konami has said that this will be in the game as an Easter egg, no April Fool's joke or anything. Its kind of like what they did with their MGS4 April Fool's trailer in that what they showed in the trailer (the Altair costume) actually made it into the final product.
