Manhunt has changed a little thanks to the reverse detection meter. I would usually go for 10 silent kills really fast, now its not so easy to do that. Also note that kill streaks are broken by stuns, so if you want to rack up loads of points you gotta change your gameplay to avoid getting stunned. This actually made me want to use my team mates a lot more.
For defence I like to use tripwire and smokebomb. Stunlocking with a teammate is pretty much impossible, however you can still rack up loads of stuns using smoke bombs and the tripwire. The trick is to stun them, run around the corner and plant a tripwire bomb thing along the way, then go back for a 3rd stun which gives you a stun streak.
Yeah, and if you're right, and it speeds up the closer you are to your target, then with a little tweaking, this could be an awesome anti-roofing mechanic. In regards to some people's fears of players who rush being the ones who win, that's just simply not true.

This dude, while he might commentate aggressively, has a very sneaky playstyle, and he still manages to beat everyone else by the same wide margins he did in Brotherhood.
yeah ACB was alot more fast pace then ACR MP... atleast from what i see.....
Well the problem for me was that towards the end of ACB my playstyle was just way too aggressive, in order to score big I could run around the map and still get silent/Incognitos simply using obstacles and doing little sprint dashes.
I have two videos on this site called the art of stealth, where I show how I wanted ACB to be played. I feel each incognito kill in this beta is so much more satisfying in brotherhood because I know I took the time to stay out of site and hidden from my target. If I didn't, I would have gotten a contestant kill.
I don't see a problem with leaving the detection meter the way it was.
I think the closer you are the faster it fills up. In Manhunt this doesn't really seem to be much of a problem, because there are more targets your meter fills up all the time. For instance say I get up to silent but my target runs away, if I change targets I will get a silent kill for my next kill.
3:59 - 4:01 was perfectly timed and awesome, so now you have to stalk your target for like 1 minute just to get a silent bonus ...... ....
Yay, more commentary! I've just downloaded the Beta and will give it a proper go tomorrow - Manhunt is my favourite mode so I'll start with that - it looks pretty cool still and stunning looks way easier/quicker!
"As you can see she's getting ready to stun me by turning around... nah, fuck that, she's dead."
