I've been following since the first season came out on DVD. I tried to start watching in the middle of the first season and quickly realized I was gonna be lost myself, so I waited. I also happen to know Heart is a huge fan as well. I'll be happy to talk about the show with you, but you might want to add a spoiler warning to the title if we do.

I don't watch LOST but it's filmed right here on the island of Oahu. Yesterday they were shooting in the lobby of an office building in Honolulu and my friend took this picture. She says it's "Desmond and Claire". I wouldn't know.

yes does are Desmond and Claire, but they didn't together in yesterday's episode. Maybe this will happen later on.

i've only ever watched one episode and I didn't have a clue what was going on, it was in the middle of a season as well which probably didn't help. I will have to watch it all at some point.

You have to get it from the first season. It will be much easier since you don't have to wait a week to know what the hell is going on.

James, did you notice that in the Alternative Timeline (AT), Jack is the only one who doesn't look exactly as they did in the pilot. Jack's hair is the same length it was in 1977 when the bomb went off. He even has the grey in his sideburns which wasn't there in the pilot. Everyone else has their hair the same color length and style it was back in 2004. Seems like Jack may be in both timelines at the same time.

Yes, I noted it first with Hurley's beard, also, I would want to know what happened to the others, since the island is now sunk. Also, if we know that Locke was being impersonated by the monster, then must that mean that the monster was also impersonating Christian?

I believe so, but what I'm really curious about is the cabin. Ben took Locke there claiming it was Jacob's cabin, but why would Jacob need it to be surronded by ash since the monster couldn't harm him anyway.

i used to watch the first couple of seasons, but after a while it was just too much stupid.
the numbers was a good idea but complete crap at the end.
the others sounded nice to begin with but they got stupider by the episode.
seriously, when the others were first introduced they were these terrifying locals who could do anything but they turned into a normal research team or whatever.

Charlie has a different haircut (Shorter I think..), Sawyers hair is longer than it is in the first few episodes. And I couldn't help but notice that Desmond was on the plane. I think he was wearing a different shirt. And obviously the chain of events are different. Rose telling Jack that 'it's normal', rather than Jack telling Rose.

I also think that Charlie not breathing due to a blocked airway has a connection to him drowning.

I was watching the Soup last night and they made a joke about some smoke monster that was on Lost? It was throwing people around and sh*t. What the hell goes on on that show? Sounds like something that would be on Fringe...

In addition to throwing people around, Smokey likes to impersonate certain people as well. Add in an island with mysterious healing properties, time travel, alternate realities, a man who seems to have been on the island for more than 100 years and doesn't age and that's LOST in a nutshell.

Dont forget polar bears in the middle of the jungle Dougie.

You guys need to watch quality television that makes sense... like 60 Minutes... or 24... or Family Guy.

Not to mention the polar bear remains found in the Tunisian desert.

I watch a lot of different shows. Stuff like House, CSI, Heroes, Chuck, Burn Notice, Flash Forward, V, etc., etc. And yes, I am a fan of Family Guy.

I'm pro-Simpsons, but Family Guy is good too *cough*plagio*cough*, Chuck, how bout, Big Bang Theory?
