If you press Left on the Dpad, and Ezio still has Medicine in stock in the Animus, Desmond will "eat" or "use" the Medicine. Like, he'll do the animation. You can keep going until the point that Ezio would run out of Medicine. Talk about the Bleeding Effect, huh? Desmond loves that Medicine..
The symbols near the platform where all 4 characters hang around, are lit up RED when you activate Eagle Vision. They also seem to have the same symbol as found on many Romulus-related materials throughout the game.
So yeah, that was pretty much my first vid. I recorded this using a Digital Camera, don't really have any capture cards, or screencap tools 
I get the feeling that the Embed function from YouTube didn't work properly. Can anyone help me embed a YouTube video on a forum post? Thanks in advance,

Lol. I had an annoying glitch where a group of thieves attacked me (coincidentally just as I was riding into the Mercenary Stronghold and getting off my horse) so I killed them and began to loot the bodies.
One of the bodies I hadn't looted yet did that thing you might have seen occasionally where they fly up into the air and kind of string out and spin madly all over the place looking a bit like a long peice of cassette tape. It then just disappeared 
Its pretty hard to describe but it annoyed me because its likely that I lost a valuable collectible item and his money, as I couldn't find his body again 
Yeah, that's happened to me a bunch.
Anyone else notice interesting things with Desmond's Eagle Vision turned on?
So far, all I got is the red trail in Monteriggioni, and the Juno/Romulus symbols in the Apple Chamber glowing red when you approach them with Eagle Vision.
Another interesting tidbit is that, if you screw around, running around the bottom, after you've activated the Apple's Walkway, the other Assassins will follow you and do some small parkour moves. Once, I had Rebecca just enter her (High Profile + HOLD LEGS) thing, where she crouches.. about to sprint, but never going anywhere. It lasted until I activated the apple.
