I play the first one, because the second one isn't loved at all by my xbox. I've even replaced the disc and it still freezes and kicks me out of games with more than 1 round.

i got a new xbox so i traded it in cause i did'nt fell like replaying the the game to get all my acheivments agin

i love to play L4D number 1 or 2, they're both great and it is always more fun to play with people you can actually talk to rather than random people

i wanted to start fresh anyway

I agree. I still play it but I hate when people kick you out of rooms for no reason, or when they shoot you. When they shoot each other I just like to sit back and watch.

I've been able to play L4D 1 without any asshole gamers. I think they all quit, because I got nothing but teamwork each time I played. Don't know about L4D 2, though. I'm always Francis (biker dude) or Bill (old dude) .

I haven't got L4D1 but there are quite a lot of jerks in L4D2. A lot of young kids play it which annoys me. And then there's people that just kick you for no reason. Apart from all that, you can get a decent game. I don't really mind who I play as but I like Ellis and Nick. HA! I like how you used Santa as "Old dude"

I just wish xbox allowed the user-created campaigns from the pc version. With only 5 or 6 (counting DLC campaigns) it gets kind of old. L4D 2 has more stuff, which makes it get boring slower. I personally think the feel of the first game is better, but the content in the second fits the world more. Especially the new gore system they put in.

I noticed videos on YouTube with people playing L4D2 on the PC and they had a completely different map. I didn't recognize it. If they put extra levels in the PC game, they should include them in the platform games too. Because I've got most of the achievements and have played through all levels, it does get boring. Which is why I don't play it as often. But if I'm bored, I'll play it.

The developer doesn't make the maps. All of those are made by players. The pc versions have an editing feature. A lot of them are actually really detailed, longer than the normal campaigns, and actually can be scary. There's one where it's based on the first Zelda game.

There are hundreds. Valve was thinking about letting a select set of maps available to xbox users one time, but I hadn't heard anything since then. I got excited. I really want to play I Hate Mountains.

That would've been cool. It's good to have a mixture of stuff, instead of the same old levels over and over again. Do you know if there's a L4D3 coming out? I was thinking about getting Dead Island. Not sure though.

I'm fine with just the two L4Ds, and I haven't heard of a third one coming out. So probably not.

Dead Island seems to be extremely fun. Still a lot of bugs apparently, but fun.

Hm, well, I'll stick with L4D2 then. When Revelations come out that will take up most of my time. Can't wait.
