Invalid Code - BETA.

I went to the site and put the code, but it says that is a invalid code! i don't know why, because no one used this code. I Copied and Pasted it on the space to put it, and than it said: Invalid Code Try Again.
And i have just 3 chances to enter it correctly so i need help! please!
