Well, we all know about this genre, the one that divides button smashers from combo nailers, oh wait fighting games do that too, hmmm , never mind. From putting you in the tiniest plataform thowing you waves and waves of enemies, to making you solve a puzzle in a gigantic mace. I like very much the GoW series and I'm looking forward for the third installment, as well as I am an old fan of Ninja Gaiden series. Anybody else follows this genre or this topic is condemned to have no posts?
I usually play Dynasty Warriors and Samurai Warriors games to sastify my fill for hack and slashing
I LOVE hack n slashes. They usually have amazing story, and great graphics.
EDIT: And Dante's Inferno isn't half-bad.
The original LOTR: RK game on PS2 wasn't bad.
However, I think Bayonetta is probably the King (or Queen, rather) of hack n' slash games (you can quadruple wield!)
tried the demo for dantes and bayonetta.
did not like
Bayonetta's pretty good, mostly because of the wild stuff that's going on.
And the demo for Dante's Inferno wasn't too bad either. I won't be buying it simply because I'm not interested in it, but it looks like it could be pretty entertaining for other people.
However, I am really anticipating GoW III. Can't wait for that to come out.
What's it like wearing shotguns on your legs? Is it awesome?

It's almost as awesome as having a shotgun in your pants.
Or so I've heard.
