So I was looking for a picture for my account on THB, when I stumbled on this;
"So apparently Gamestop and EB Games are going to start selling these spring-loaded Assassin's Creed hidden blade replicas ($40) October 31st, just in time to pick up and complete your Ezio Auditore Halloween costume for later that night."
Needless to say I found my account pic! Truth is I don't know how exactly to upload it here so it's becoming my temporary pic. Here's the site I found it on.

Can't find out everything I want to so I'm walking into town to go to my local gamestop, and find out when this bad boy is coming in! IT'S MINE!!
btw if you're wondering the blade itself is a harder rubber/plastic, but it's not a SUPER cheap make. Just a budgety good-quality collectible. The spring in the blade sounds pretty strong too hahahaaa, Iluvit.

Boom. New userpic.
Is it possible to replace the plastic blade with another possessing a sharper edge?
Not that they're any people that need to be inexplicably assassinated in the area I live....
I am also wondering this same thing Vesferatu! Mainly because the plastic of the blade is somewhat flexible (not a whole lot) and it's a really big turn off to me. I'll try to find out for you. Also I discovered yesterday when I arrived at my local gamestop that they had already had the blades in!! I asked if there were any left...a foot to my right was the last one, in the box, taunting me. I said to myself that I'd borrow some money from the parents (approved) and buy it the next day.
So, I went to the bank, then RAN to gamestop and I was...too late.
...BUT I called them yesterday after work and they had 2 left! One was already reserved so I reserved the second one myself and told the gamestop employee I was on my way. Yesterday they closed at 6:00 pm, and I got there at 5:57.
I am now a very proud, very happy, genuinely over-reactive AC fan with a hidden blade...and there's no need to tamper with the blade. Now that I have it I'm quite satisfied. Has anyone else picked these up?
Is that a picture of it in your profile?
Congrats on getting it!
Yeeup, that's it Lisa! Thanks alot, It's like a light saber for a star wars fan
