Instant Kill During the Scene
Take out his health without reanimating him. Shortly after the scene starts you automatically assassinate with the memory corridor scene. This basically ends the scene. You can now talk to the bureau leader to finish the mission. Since you aren't under city alert you can leave the city, which restarts the memory. I've tried the Back to the Future exploit on him to see what would happen, but there wasn't any noticeable change in the mission.
Prekilling the Patient
The patient from the scene is prestaged by one of the guards who chase after him. Killing him has the most drastic change in the scene since he is the main focus. You may notice at certain times the camera looks away from where the action is. This is because at those times the camera focuses on the patient, and he is lying dead where you assassinated him. Well I hope you enjoyed this. 
Nice vid! I noticed something similar to the camera movement when I assassinated Richard in the William memory, started the scene and then walked to the back of the fortress. The scene didn't end and William started walking through the fortress randomly. The camera changed angles in a really weird way, but I figured this was because it was focused at the space exactly between William and Richard. Cool stuff, but I haven't found a way out yet (since you can't climb).
i noticed taht when you used the Eagles Vision when you were hanging on the door, there was one individual who was glowing yellow, what's that about?
I noticed that too, but I think it was just the camera or something.
