Haven't watched yet. Seems quite a bit younger than most creative directors we've seen for AC.
EDIT: watched, interesting guy.

Never really got why they change the creative director each game.He seems pretty cool. He also seems like a true gamer. So i feel a bit more confident with the series being in his hands.
Alexandre left for Activision, I think. They don't purposely do it.
It seems quite intelligent. I look forward to hearing more from him.
I don't think people consider how hard a job Alexandre had. Trying to make an excellent game out of a project with a one year dev cycle must be brutal. I think both Revelations and Brotherhood turned out incredibly well for being one-yearers, even considering the fact they're just building on the AC2 framework.
To add to what you said. He also has to deal Desmond's conclusion
I wasn't talking about the new alex, but the one from last game. The new one has the benefit of the game being, at this point, already mostly done, so he can make sure that everything in it fits his vision by release. That doesn't mean he has an easy job, fans are going to be very critical of the game that ends Desmond's story. But his vision will shine through a lot clearer than alexandre's did, which is kinda sad.
Don't want to say much about the impact it could have on AC3, but this guy was the Creative Director for Spore. That's not exactly the sort of thing I'd put on a résumé. Spore was not exactly top quality.
That's what I thought too, but watching this video made me think twice. Spore may not have been perfect, but it was definitely unique, and he seems to have taken good things from that project.

Whu-wha-he? I really enjoyed playing Spore. Well, until it became a top level RTS, I suck at those.
The entire fate of the AC franchise rests on his tiny, little shoulders.
