Due to the increasing amount of people that are beginning to post their own assassination videos, I think it might be wise to start organizing videos by member on the sidebar. That way, if someone wanted to watch Stabguy's greatest "hits," or maybe evaluate the skill of a newcomer, they would be able to do so easily by picking from a list of videos organized by the poster. You could let posters manage their own lists so that they wouldn't have to wait for an admin to link one of their videos, and if a member (for example, me) wanted to start linking their videos on the site they could request for an admin to create their own list.
Is it necessary? Probably not, but I think it would help improve organization from having a bunch of videos recorded by different people posted randomly on the front page.
I was thinking that when you view someones user profile you could see videos they made. They should make a page where people could embed their videos on their account.

It could be like a youtube channel, that's also a good idea.
so maybe start a forum where the topics are the videos from individual members? i guess that could work... we would just have to be careful in managing the forum to ensure that the only topics are video collections.
stab - thoughts?
I've been looking for a way to accomplish this with Advanced Search. You should be able to say "author=stabguy AND type=Story" but it's not that simple. Adding a "By member" category is a poor solution because those menus are static whereas the group of front-paged videographers has been pleasantly dynamic.
Let me give this some more thought.
I like the video thing on their profile, but not all members just contribute videos. If you have something special you want to add to your profile like a link to an article, artwork etc i think that could be an option as well
Like a deviantArt?
