El Tiburón (The Shark) 's early death
Sorry there is no video, my PC runs ACIVBF extremely lag.
It's in S2M2 "...And My Sugar?"
Okay, first thing I do is to use a smoke bomb to halt El Tiburón but don't get too close, because El Tiburón will kill you if you do.
Then I can see his weapon is dropped so I pick it up.
Naturally, I use special attack.
He looks like he's dead but......
SO I think it's kinda "Early Death". Maybe it's just luck because I try many times before I actually succeed.
Dang, I tried a few times to kill him myself but always got countered.... xD;

The game should consider that as a kill in the stats, so it counts. That's probably the first early death of AC4. 
If you're not satisfied because he's still "alive", there is a way to get him into water. If I make a video on El Tiburon I'll show how.
I like how Ubi gave him the one-hit-kill animation; as far as I know it's the only time you can be killed instantly in the entire AC series, but I may be wrong. Also this may sound noobish, but I didn't see him the first time playing the game. I thought the captain I was tailing was El Tiburon.
