We Demand a Parlay Early Deaths
Sequence 7 memory 1. Woodes Rogers shows up to make a deal with the pirates. Many of the later targets are present, giving opportunities for Early Deaths. At the very beginning you can race ahead of the tailing targets to reach four prestaged characters. Normally they are immune to any types of attacks you throw at them, but two of them, Burgess and Cockram, can be killed with the ax special attack. The axes can be obtained from two brutes who conveniently spawn nearby (technically you can use one ax twice). I also tried blowing up a barrel, but that doesn't do anything to them.
After the tailing is over the targets go inside the fortress and disappear until the next scene.
Boarding "The Benjamin"
Sequence 10 memory 2. In the memory Murder and Mayhem first you locate "The Benjamin", but instead of boarding it you're supposed to try to sink it, which results in Benjamin Hornigold escaping on an island, which results in his assassination.
Here's how to board. After locating the ship restart from the last checkpoint. If you don't you won't be able to release the wheel, even if you're not in combat. When coming from the loading screen quickly tap the slow down button to make the ship come to a complete stop and if you hold the button down fast enough you'll release the wheel. While swimming for the ship you can avoid it's gunfire by going into stealth swim and resurfacing right after the gunshot and go back to stealth swim again.
Benjamin Hornigold's Early Death
Benjamin Hornigold is at the helm. Surprisingly (and luckily since I couldn't find any other way to kill him) he'll fight his own guards if they detect you. He's equipped with an ax so he usually gets the upper hand and kills them all, but sometimes they get him first. With him dead the ship goes down in one hit. The following cutscene happens as usual and you still have to assassinate him as usual. Note that Hornigold for the assassination is equipped with a sword.
Bonus Glitch
I happened to be recording when I accidentally dove into the ship. Enjoy.
Yes Yes... I know it's an Early Death because that's not when he dies in the story. However, I find it funny that this "Early Death" occurs when your objective is "Kill Hornigold." I feel this is more of an "on time" death and the game should count it.
The glitch at the end is similar to one that was documented here before (by Joey maybe? no idea) where on ship boarding someone got caught under the ship and had to rely on crew to kill enough enemies.
Going by checkpoints, Cheese. Despite what the game says, after the scene is the intended assassination time.
Dang. I meant to watch this when I got home last night.
Ah well... Guess I can work another day and watch when I get home today...
At 2:10 each corpse lurches to his feet and zombie-walks off with an ax in the head. It looks like their still sporting the headgear at the gathering outside of the fort at 3:20.

Unicorns are real! Confirmed.
Yeah, that was in the same recording. It's why I zoomed in using gun aim (and you can even see the shadows from the axes). I even put a spotlight annotation at 3:26, but it's hard to see unless you put the mouse directly on it. Once they're all inside they disappear. Either the axes also disappear or fall to the ground.
Also forgot to mention that sometimes one of the targets doesn't reanimate, in which case the tailing targets don't progress. Not sure if it's based on chance or timing.
Some nice finds, Aurel!
