This video was taken from both the Castel map and the new map Sienna. Its mainly a bunch of clips to show how poison works, I like it a lot as there is no kill animation so i can make a silent getaway after poisoning my target without being killed straight afterwards.
It also has some other clips of me using morph again to fool my pursuers
LOL At 5:24 it's like his conscience killed him.
At a quick glance, the Noble and the Doctor can also be confused for a second but, as you said, really only the Smuggler and Courtesan look similar
i'm a bit confused about the classes thing.
the Doctor is just a skin, he's not the only one who can poison, right?
Correct, there is no gameplay difference in any character. I just thought it would be a good idea to show poison with him, since you do buy it off him in AC2. Sorry if that mislead anyone.
As for classes, my advice is to choose The Smuggler. All the male characters look completely different, but the smuggler and courtesan look similar and may make them hesitate.

Ah! I didn't know that when I said my other post before, in that case, I would probably be the Prowler with these abilities.
Well poison isnt that overpowered because if I could poison you, I could assassinate you just as easily. In fact its harder to poison people, you gotta be right next to them and theres no icon, and you cant be running.
Most of the time they dont even know they are poisoned, then their screen goes all green and such and they die.
you gotta be right next to them and theres no icon
No icon? Then what's that white thing next to the 'lock' icon at 0:09?
Thats the icon for poison AFTER you poison them. I meant there is no icon to prompt you to poison like the assassinate icon ( square) so you dont know when you are in range
I love the Prowler at 4:02, dude is just standing there trying to figure out which one is his target.
Is there no way to know your poisoned untill you die? If there is no counter to it then i can see a lot of players complaining that it's overpowered.
Hmm, judging from what you've posted already, i'm starting to think the Doctor will be the class I play as the most.

Same. Used correctly, he'll be tough to beat
Once again, some really clever tactics. I'm just glad I haven't come up against anyone using poison yet
