Ubisoft has revealed the new Desmond model!
Quite nice, eh?
These pics are nice also, desmond has a beard!
Does anyone recognize the place where they are?

Just...Just.....just AWESOMEEEEE DAMMIT!!!!!!!!!! I LOVED IT! OMG, IT'S EZIO'S OUTFIT WITHOUT THE LEGS PART. I LOVED IT.
It's awesome. Thou I see a resemblance between him now and Sam Fisher in SC: Conviction
What do you think?
Yeah I see what you're saying, both carry sling backpacks and wear stylish sweaters/sweatshirts. I like the red in Desmond's outfit.
Awesome, I love the red in the hoody, a very modern Assassins hood. I wonder what the tattoo on his arm is?
Amazing.

For some reason i kinda get a Cole MacGrath, Infamous, vibe from him. Maybe it's the bald head.
It looks like they're goin with a combo of styles between AC1 and AC2. I wonder what kind of makeover Lucy will get.

At least I hope they fix her lips.
Now that we've seen Assassin-mode Desmond, I eagerly anticipate pictures of Assassin-mode Shaun. I imagine all he does is put aviators on and flip up his collar.

Why does that sound so much like Kazuhira from MGS: Peace Walker?
^Possible?
HAHA YES SHAN BECAUSE KAZ! They have pretty similar roles also, so it's pretty fitting
New pics!
Apparently (according to those pics) Desmond and co. move their hideout to...
Seems we didn't ñeave the villa after all.
Yeah, which means the villa wasn't completely destroyed either!
Ooooh! Seems like the villa becomes an Assassins sanctuary once again. Casa dolce casa!
This proves my theory! If you look out of the window down the hall from the Animus 2.0 room, you can make out Renaissance-style architecture next door!

Yep, seems like you were right all along.
Just look at the top pic, they're in the room with the 7 statues of historic assassins.
Sweet, I hate when new pictures get released, it makes the wait longer. It's like a kid waiting for christmas.

Dude, the day ACB comes out IS our Christmas!
Yes, I hated the waiting then, and I hate it now. Release date needs to hurry up and get here already.
What sucks even more is that since the beta was delayed, that leaves more pressure with time on the developers to improve on player feedback. There's a chance they could delay the game itself if it gets a little too much negativity.

A beta test this late in development (even September) is far too late to make gameplay changes. At this stage, the game is more or less finished and they're just working out technical kinks. This beta is nothing more than a stress test to fine-tune the multiplayer servers and the matchmaking system.

And an advertising gimmick.

Spoiler: Highlight to viewMONTERRIGIONI!!!
Desmond now have a beard. lololol Big smile
When i saw this pic, i thought it was Ezio, lol Big smile
But then i see Shaun and Rebecca than i thought, it's desmond with a beard!
Lol in comment appeared Big Smile, something have got wrong. When you see im my later comment the "Big Smile" i mean to appear that emoticon -->
Just realised I have never used one of those smilies, and probably never will, not just on this site but any chat related board
Hell, Shaun doesn't even need to switch glasses, those look a bit like transitions; keeping his notoriety down in style.
At the end of AC2 Lucy said they're going to a cabin up north, if by "up north" she means Moteriggioni then maybe the cabin was built over the sancuary after the villa was destroyed.
I hope there's more running around as Desmond this time, it'd be awsome to have Desmond explore what's left of Monteriggioni and maybe discover some things Ezio left behind.
Like... ALTAIR'S FUCKING ARMOR?!
Haha, well since the armor can't be scratched/dented/destroyed, maybe Desmond can fashion it into modern-day Altair armor once he's initiated as a master Assassin.
if you look at the pict wit desmond (with beard) talking to shaun (me lol) i think desmonds hidden blade has been slightly altered kinda like how new ezio's one is now in brotherhood
It looks like Twinblade's theory regarding the modern-day portion of the story was actually correct. I'm sorry to have ever doubted. I also think it's strange that Lucy would refer to Monterrigioni as "a cabin up north." We put a ton of florins into that place, I'd call it more than that.
Desmond looks fine, I just don't like the backpack, the beard, and the fact that his hidden blade isn't actually hidden (if you look at the pic where he's arguing with Shaun in the Sanctuary, it's clearly visible).
Yeah, but then look what happens to our "cabin" in the E3 Demo, there might not be a lot left after that bombardment plus 600 years of decay.
HOLY FRACK, LEO'S GOT A BEARD...!!! xDDD

Plus, i think that the modern Assassins just recently re-discovered the sanctuary beneath Monteriggioni.
