Desmond Walkthrough Idea?
Just wondering, could someone make a walkthrough with only the Desmond side of the gameplay? I mean, it doesn't take too long.. The biggest part is GETTING to that part in the game. And I mean, you can always speedrun for that.
Like, cut out all the Ezio parts, and show only the Desmond game.
It's an Idea, now that Desmond does a BIT more than screw around in training.
I was actually playing around with him today. I wasn't sure what would happen if you went over the 10 minute limit. You just pop back in the hideout. XD
I was thinking about a little artifact video... but cant really be bothered with single player videos anymore
Anyone tried doing some interesting stuff with Desmond? You take no damage from anything. So just climb to the tallest point, and try to jump to the lowest point. It's really WTF inducing.
Its because you cant die in AC games, ever. As Ezio/Altair you desynch, the story never stops this way

I guess that's right. But I mean, they HAD to make it so there was some sort of "Death" and respawn type event when you fail to do objectives/stay alive.
That makes me wonder, can the guards kill you at the hideout in AC2?

I don't think the guards can kill you. I've left it there for a while, taking damage and everything, and I never once crumpled to the ground.

You can't die as Desmond in any game. We've tried extensively.

If you mean collecting all the artifacts, I've already shot that video and will be adding it to the Monteriggioni map page. It took just over a minute to collect all 5 and included one of those big Desmond jumps from the upper roof of the Villa to the ground.

It's too bad there's nobody to kill while playing as Desmond. Just think of the stunts that could be done when he can't die from super high jumps.

I found that pretty disapointing myself. I had wanted to see what happens so i just stood around and waited for the timer to run down(completly ignoring Lucy's ordering me to come back) and when it did i just warped back to the sactuary. What's the point in having a timer if there's no consequence to staying out past sunrise?
It's funny how when you return you can just go right back outside and it's night again. I was kinda hoping that there was a cutscene where the templars show up and Desmond would have to fight em off(only this time you CAN die).

Or a cutscene of Lucy giving Desmond a spanking. 
I was hoping a group of Templars would try to take you down but you had to fight them or run. 
Or amubsh you at the collisuem and it was a mix of fighting and chasing while free running the coliseum.
