Dbz ultimate tenkaichi was known as "dragon age project 2011" until like a month or two ago,the reason this game is still in my thoughts is because not to long ago namco bandia annouced that this game would have character creation 
. so its release date is not far from know its somewhere in october.

Dragon Age Project 2011 is what they were calling it in Japan during development.
The Japanese often try to be creative when it comes to titles, frequently using English words even if the listener/reader won't understand what it really means. Hell, a lot of the time the creator doesn't know what the words really mean – they just take a quick glance in a Japanese-English dictionary and that's it. 
It's just a coincidence that there is an American game series by that same name.
