Welcome! Phi's advice is pretty solid, so go ahead and watch some videos. You could start with The Bleeding Effect - Expert Gameplay in Assassin's Creed (that's the first ever one I saw, and how I got to this site). Not sure if it's here, but you could find it on YouTube by searching for it.
