Attacked Convoys
After i did the Trading tutorial apparently my convoy was attacked. Now whenever i look at the Trade menu that convoy is always there but i can't use it.
Am i bugged or is there something i have to do to recover that convoy?
Pretty sure it's bugged. I don't think I've had to do anything in that situation.
I think if your convoy is attacked (I haven't had it happen to me yet) you have to go find it and defend it. I think it's usually in the Frontier from what I've been able to learn online.
However, I think I've also read that other people have had this problem with the tutorial convoy getting attacked and not being able to find/defend it.

I don't think I've ever done the Tutorial convoy.. Which is strange. Is it skippable?
I don't think it's skippable... it's the first time Achilles talks to you about the books... the game forces you to select to craft barrels, then forces you to send a land convoy to Boston (to the merchant that said he wanted barrels). Not sure which sequence this is in.

Can you craft another convoy? Maybe this should fix the problem.

And this smells like a bug... I mean... it would be easy for a dev to forget about the possibility of the first convoy being attacked.
When a regular convoy is attacked, you can rush to the frontier and look for a shield icon. I'd recommend not using fast travel (as it could be considered cheating or because I once tried it and seemed like the convoy disapeared, though I could be wrong about this).
Gallop to the location and help your men defend the convoy. It's quite easy... the exciting part is actually galloping there.

Is it? I used a fast travel nearby the location and it was okay for me... 
Also is there a timer for these? Cause the only time it happened to me it showed up with 4 minutes but it suddenly vanished so I thought I'd lost it or something, but when I got to the frontier I saw the icon but the timer wasn't around so I wasn't sure what happened exactly... xD;
Same here. I get the impression that the timer only shows up for a while, or perhaps until you reach the frontier. I was probably wrong about the Fast Travel thing. I think when I did it, the timing disapeared and I thought I had lost the convoy, because of it. I think at that time I still didn't know about looking for the shield icon in the Frontier.
In my experience, Fast Travel causes all sorts of icons to disappear in this game.
If you fast travel, a lot of Liberation mission icons vanish. A lot of courier mission icons vanish. Hunting mission, brawler mission, etc etc etc... Icons tend to disappear when fast traveling.
However, the objectives are usually still there. Perhaps this is why, when fast travelling, you lost the shield icon... but could still defend. I found this out when I fast traveled to a courier mission, the icon disappeared, but the person to interact with was still there.
Basically, when you fast travel, side objective icons seem to disappear, but the objectives remain. (Perhaps I should post this in the AC3 Bugs thread to explain some of those).

So far I haven't run into any issues of Icons disappearing on me, at least that I'm aware of... =0
And I use fast travel a lot when I wanna warp from homestead to a town... =/
You can't capture all Boston forts before sequence 9 and here is the glitch. Sequence 8 main objective is killing Pitcairn, according to storyline Pitcairn taking shelter in Boston fort, if you captured all Boston forts before killing pitcairn it'll create this glitch.
