Any good trailers since the demo gameplay a couple months ago that I should watch? I haven't paid attention at all to Origins stuff (with the new job taking most of my time).

The cinematic trailer was pretty damn impressive in my opinion.
A lot of channels seem to have gotten some footage from the E3 build at various expos. It's all in a small area and they seem to cover a decent amount of what the game offers (haven't noticed any spoilers yet). In all honesty, I'm getting pretty excited from how players are describing it, especially Leo's personal experiences with the build.

Good stuff. Thanks!
Took me a minute to come around to this game but I'm officially on board. I'm confident Origins is the change this franchise needs, everything I've seen looks so new and fresh but still familiar. The animations look fluid and the world looks to be the best Ubisoft has ever built. Most importantly it looks like good ol' fun.

Haha what the fuck? These are pretty funny and a good way to advertise AC:O.
I like it! Injecting comedy into Assassin's Creed videos is our thing at The Hidden Blade.
"aim for his diabetes" got me! hahahaha
"and my lipstick was out..." omg! ha!
Lost it at "aim for his diabetes," Fun trailer.
So because I entered into the AC Origins fan art contest, I automatically get a weapon award called the Harlequin. Pretty cool, even though I have no idea what type it is or what it looks like.

If there's a way for us to vote for your submission, please provide a link. Good luck in the contest!
Oh no, that ended forever ago. I submitted both pieces somewhere in the middle of the start and end dates, so I think it got buried in submissions. This was simply a "thank you" for entering. My pride is still intact, though!
It's nice getting excited for a decent looking AC game again~
Though I feel like I say that every time a new one comes out lol...
I'm looking forward to fighting exclusively with a Khopesh... assuming they have the weapon in the game. I can't see how they wouldn't, as it's ancient Egyptian after all... and they have shown up in Game of Thrones, to a certain extent, so they are pretty much main stream. (Arakhs seem to be based on khopeshes).
Well, in my third playthrough of the game anyway.
1. Stealth character
2. Seer tree ONLY (plus Senu skills)
3. Melee build
So who knew canceling trade-ins on Amazon put the money on a gift card? I didn't and after a small panic attack I decided to just pre-order Assassin's Creed Origins with the money. Standard edition, might actually buy the season pass when my copy arrives.
Whoa whoa whoa whoa whoa.

EZIOALTAIR17 SIGHTING!
He's been sneakin' around lately.
The promise of hood toggle has brought me back to the Brotherhood!
what time frame is it?
Old, Middle, New Kingdom or post-Alexander?
Ptolemaic. Julius Caesar's incursions into Egypt are going to be part of the game.
I've been playing this game, and I enjoy it. In the most part it doesn't bother me that it doesn't resemble AC, it's a nice adventure game.
But sometimes the mechanics seems to work against the original idea of assassination action in AC on purpose. I'd like to kill my target and be seen, and then quickly break line of sight doing parkour, and hide.
But this game sometimes makes me go back and "confirm" the kill. Does the game expect me to kill everyone? Or sneak back to the scene?
It's like it's trying to be the opposite of the real AC, which is a bit annoying.
Yes, I'd prefer the confirming kill mechanic to be automatic. I like to be swift and silent, so waiting for the meter to fill up makes me a bit anxious.
