Assassin's Creed fanart and the like
I saw a topic for Assassin art in the AC2 forum but not one for the original Assassin's Creed. (Would this be the correct place to put a topic such as this?) So I decided to make one!!

Okay here it is.
Very inaccurate in relation to the canon of the series since it was done right after the game came. But, it was fun to draw, especially while listening to Mozart's Requiem.

So that's how Altair dies. It wasn't a fair fight if you ask me. First he takes an arrow to the leg then two swords to the chest. Now was that from two different enemies or a dual weapon-wielding templar?

In my head, that's how he probably would have died after the first game, but in AC2 it allures to how he actually died.
I didn't really think the scene through though, I just thought about what would look cool. But if I had to think about the story here... He was probably being chased after an assassination or something, and when he was climbing away, he was shot in the leg and fell to the ground. He was then cornered by a whole unit of Templars. He tried his best to fight them off, killing several, but the arrow hindered him enough for them to get a few cheap shots in (other injuries). When he was weak enough, they were able to knock him down and stab him a few times before leaving their swords. Then they just stood back and watched (perspective of the drawing).
I just made that up, but it fits.
very nice picture! we've all seen altair die a gazillion times (usually by drowning tho 
) so i dont think anyone will get upset over this. i like your story behind the image.

Oh yeah my O_O face was just my first reaction. haha
I like the picture. It's one of the few posted on here that actually has color! I need to put more of mine up. I just got a new cell phone with a camera, so I'll get on that. If you have any more, Wisdom, please post them up (preferrably in the "Assassin Art" forum...people keep forgetting that's there for a reason.)
Wow thats really cool. I like it. Its easier if all art stays in the other forum though I personally think. Nice drawing, I want to see more now
